• How often do you drop new products? Every Wednesday. Email subscribers get first dibs.

• Can I combine two discount codes (e.g., a "percentage off" plus a "free shipping" code)? No, sorry, discounts do not combine unless otherwise stated.

• I forgot to add my discount code. Can you add it after I ordered? Sure, just email us.

• Do you offer a military/first responder/teacher discount? Yes. Contact us about this. 

• I saw a sale yesterday, but it’s gone today. Can I still get the price? Generally no, sorry.

• How do I use my Rewards Points? Log into your customer account and click “launch rewards”.

• Are the blankets printed or woven? 100% woven, no printing involved in the process. The design is loom-woven with various colors of cotton yarn/thread into the design you see. 

• Who owns Strike Gently? Strike Gently has been 100% owned by founder Charlie Ambler and wife Maddie since 2015. We've grown from apartment closet to massive warehouse without any corporate funding or investors. 

• How do I wash/clean the blankets? Delicate wash and low-heat dry. 

• Will the blanket shrink if I dry it? Please either air dry or tumble dry on low-heat to avoid shrinkage, since they are cotton. 

• Do the pins come with locking backs or rubber clutches? They come with metal butterfly clutches, and deluxe locking clutches can be purchased here

• My pin fell off. What do I do? If it broke due to normal wear and tear, contact us for a free replacement.

• Are the pins hard enamel or soft enamel? All of our pins are hard enamel, it’s the highest quality option and lasts the longest. 

• How big are the blankets? Either 50” x 60” or 60” x 80” depending on the item, check the product description. 

• Do you sell ways to hang the blankets on the wall? We sell hanging clips here.

• How does the "Buy 3 Pins, Get 2 Free" deal work? 2 free random bonus pins are automatically added to your cart for every 3 pins you add to cart. 

• Can I choose which mystery pins I get? No, it’s a mystery, that’s the fun of it. 

• I bought a Mystery Pack and got a pin I already own. Can I return it? Yes, you may exchange it for another random. 

• I ordered multiple Mystery Packs. Will I get duplicates? No.

• Why didn't I get a free sticker/pin with my order? Either the order didn’t qualify, or we made a mistake. If you believe we made a mistake, email us. 

• Can I request not to receive specific types of mystery pins (e.g., no spiders/gore/NSFW)? Yes, we do our best to honor these requests.

• Where is my order? Email us so we can look into it for you!

• Why has my tracking number not updated in 3 days? USPS sometimes moves packages through their system without scanning them, expect updates shortly or email us for peace of mind.

• Do you ship to the UK/EU/Australia? Yes, but it’s currently $20 + duties due to geopolitical fuckery.

• I placed two separate orders. Can you combine them so I don't pay shipping twice? Email us before they ship and we can combine them and refund one shipping charge (or both if you meet the $49 free shipping minimum).

• My package says "Delivered" but it’s not here. Give it 1-2 days, USPS works in mysterious ways. If it’s still missing, we can refund you or send a free replacement package depending on the circumstances. 

• My item arrived damaged/bent. What do I do? Email us for a full refund or free replacement.

• Can I cancel my order if it hasn't shipped yet? Yes, email us if it’s been less than 48 hours.

 Do you offer discrete packaging? Our packaging has our logo / branding on it and is holographic, so unfortunately no.

• Why are the blankets $150? They are made in the USA from high-quality cotton, and are fully woven, not printed. 

• The item I want is sold out. Will it ever come back? Yes, we restock items once the restock alert list hits a certain threshold (usually 100 people)

• How often do you restock? We restock once a week in limited quantity. Usually 100-200 units for 10-20 different designs.

• Can I pre-order an out-of-stock item? You can sign up for restock alerts on any product page for a sold-out product, but no pre-orders.

• Do you take custom art commissions for one-off pins? We do not, sorry. We have to make individual metal molds for each pin, which costs a lot, and we have a 200 unit minimum for budgetary reasons. 

• Why is international shipping so expensive? Honey, there’s a trade war going on.

• I have a design idea. How do I submit it? Here!

• Will you ever make patches again? We’re rolling them out now. 

• Why are there so many cats/frogs/opossums? I get really invested in certain visual themes, and I have a deep fondness for these animals for whatever reason. I just go where my interest leads me when it comes to ideas.

• How does the Pinmail subscription work? Every month, you get 5 curated pins on the day you ordered. I choose them each month from our vast archive of 3000+ designs.

• If I subscribe, will I get duplicates of pins I bought in the store? No, and if you do, it’s a mistake and you can contact us to fix it.

• How do I cancel or pause my subscription? Log into your account and click “manage subscription”.

• Can I swap the pin in my subscription if I don't like it? Just contact us, we’re here to keep you happy. 

• Are you a real small business or a drop-shipper? We’re the real deal. I should know, I’m in the office with the team everyday. I started the company in my bedroom and now we have a whole warehouse in LA! We only sell products that we design ourselves.

• Do you pay the artists you collaborate with? Yes, we have 3-4 artists contracted at any given time, coming up with 30-50 new designs each month. We pay between $350 and $1500 per design, depending on the complexity and product type. We write ideas as we come up with them at the warehouse, and we also use your ideas.

• Does Strike Gently use AI? No, but if you think one of the artists we work with has used it, you should tell me directly.

• Does Strike Gently steal art? No, we would not have the reputation we have if we did this. Out of 3000+ designs and 10 years in business, we’ve been accused of this 2 times, and both times the artist responsible for flying too close to the sun with their “inspiration” has been promptly fired.

• Do you have a physical store I can visit? Not right now, but we’re working on it here in LA.

• Why don't you have more dog pins? Idk, I’ll get on that. 

• Can I get a tattoo of your art? You may tattoo any design of ours without permission as long as you send or post a pic. 

• Can I buy a gift card? Yes.
